These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Echelon Sports & Wealth Management platform and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Fees
Our fees include a one-time setup fee and a monthly administrative fee per athlete, as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Tax and legal services
Echelon coordinates with licensed CPAs and registered agents to provide entity formation, tax filing, and payroll services. We do not provide investment, legal, or accounting advice outside the scope of those engagements.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not provide false or misleading information.
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, including tax evasion or money laundering.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the integrity or security of the Services.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Echelon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Services would expose either party to legal risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echelon's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
